About Executive Chef Po Le
Executive Chef Po Le has over 30 years in the restaurant industry,
compounding Asian background with French and Italian cuisine. He has
worked with a number of famous chefs including Le Bernardin's Francois
Payard, Payard's older brother at La Grenouille, La Veranda's Roberto
Centofanti, and Center City's own Susanna Foo, as well as spending 13
years as the executive chef of Ristorante San Marco in Ambler.
Po Le is also a fine Pastry Chef - mastering sherbet, ice creams, hot
and cold soufflés, cookies, petit fours, cakes, tarts, and more.
Po Le is married with 2 children.
Po Le's Personal Story
It all begins as the story of a cook, hard at work, passionate for
cooking food with plenty of love. After 30 years of working hard for
other owners and learning from famous chefs, Po Le's dreams came true.
He opened his first restaurant of his dreams.
A BYOB restaurant with
a cozy and friendly atmosphere where he serves excellent dishes with
fresh ingredients.
A new chapter, after all the hours, days, and years of sweat, tears,
bitter, and sweet working for others. He believes it's worth following the
American dream.
He loves cooking, listening, learning, creating, and exploring.
